In the immediate neighborhood of the church St. Konstantine and Elena there is one nave church St.Vraci-Small with fresco-decorations from 14th century. There is no data available for the time of construction of the church, because the biggest part of the frescoes and fresco-decorations has been destroyed.

The church St Vraci Mal  - 14th century

What deserves attention in this church are the painted portrays of the patrons of this church - St.Vraci (Holy Medicine Men) Kuzman and Damjan, painted on the south wall in one arch.

In this church for the first time St.Kliment Ohridski has been painted, who as a patron and guardian of Ohrid, is presented with a model of the town in his hands. In the altar apse there is an image of the Ohrid archbishop Konstantin Kavasilas.

What is most impressive in this church is the preserved wooden iconostasis with engraved columns and it is the oldest preserved iconostasis of 14th century.
