Isac mosque-Bitola
| On the left bank of the river Dragor in 1508 this mosque was constructed as a legacy of the famous kadija (judge) Isak Celebi-Ibni Iso. Prior to his arrival in Bitola he was kadija in Thessaloniki, and according to the inscription placed above the entrance we could learn that Isac Celebi died in 1512 and was buried in the graveyard next to the mosque. | ![]() |

The base of the mosque is square, with cupola that elevates on trompi (pass in a form of shell). The hall is constructed in the later years on the same place of the old one that was destroyed by thunder. In front of the mosque there is porch with springs.
The minaret was pulled down twice and it was rebuilt by a master from the village of Smilevo.
Inside the mosque in the eastern side there is beautifully decorated niche-mihrab, and on the walls there are framed medallions with inscribed passages of the Koran.
The mosque is placed in large yard where there are graves that are interesting because of the plastic shapes of the sarcophaguses.
